Friendly, fluorescent faux-hawked employees guide you through racks of brightly-colored track suits and athletic bags on the first floor, while the second level features floor-to-ceiling displays of shoes in every style and color combo Puma has deemed hip this season. There’s even a dumbwaiter for quick access to your desired shoe. Now that’s service.
