As we slowly awake from what was hopefully a memorable night of resolving to be better in 2006 than we were in 2005, DCist would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year.

We’re looking forward to the months to come — we’ve got some big plans in the works, and we’ve resolved to make them come true, damn it. But it’s Sunday and some of us also have tomorrow off, so maybe we’ll just wait until Tuesday to get started.
