He’s done it again. TOKA Salon and Day Spa owner Nuri Yurt, the man behind First Lady Laura Bush’s “softer, more glamorous look” (stop laughing!) in 2005 is now heralding his latest work of art, First Twin Jenna Bush’s “famed new hairdo.” To which we say: Huh? According to Yurt’s press release, “numerous news accounts” of Jenna’s new style have made him the buzz of the town. (If you see one of these news accounts, please send one our way. Thanks.) DCist did catch a glance of the blonder twin’s new do, and we have to say: Looks like a plain old bob to us.

But we’re sure Mr. Yurt was working under abnormal circumstances – critical Secret Service agents, strict hair-length orders from Karl Rove – and did the best he could. If it was an incognito look Jenna was hoping for, Yurt certainly accomplished that: Wonkette reports that a clueless Sports Club/LA spin instructor, unaware the First Twins were sweating away in his class last week, ridiculed the president at the end of the 45-minute session. And here we thought it was impossible to squeeze your entire foot inside your mouth while on top of a bike.

Now if only someone would claim responsibility for the Republican bangs (that telltale forehead overhang) plaguing D.C.’s conservative men, the healing could begin.
