Our co-founder and former editor is going to be chatting it up today over at the Post at 1 p.m., answering questions on Express’ new blog, FreeRide, and the state of blogging generally. We’ve pondered long and hard, and we’ve decided to submit the following questions for Mike to field: (1) Do you miss DCist? (2) How much do you miss DCist? (3) More than a favorite pet that died when you were a kid? (4) Is it true that your bosses at Express regularly chain you to a computer and force you to blog for mere pennies a post?

Just kidding. We’re looking forward to seeing what Mike has to say. We’ll probably host our own chat someday. By “host a chat” we mean sending Ryan out into the city with a sandwich-board sign that reads, “I write for DCist.com. Ask me a question.”
