This picture, taken by maxedaperture, is both good in composition and the memories it evokes. My first summer in D.C. — as an intern, no less — included plenty of time walking around this Rosslyn-based memorial and the surrounding park. For an part of Arlington dominated by sterile-looking high-rises, this memorial is a breath of fresh air. Anyone care to hazard a guess as to where this was shot?
