It’s been awhile since Flickr user MVP1981 tagged any photos for DCist, but we’re sure glad he’s back. Seeing the awesome photos he posted earlier this week, it was actually tough figuring out which ones not to feature today. I was swayed by the stark contrast and fine detail in this image, and how he resisted the urge to fill the frame as the top right fades into black.
