Via NBC4, we learn that police are searching for a missing D.C. woman.

Blanche Jones, 62, was last seen at about noon on Wednesday leaving her home in the 1400 block of Minnesota Ave. SE. She is described as a medium-complexioned black woman with brown eyes and gray hair. She is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 220 pounds. Police said she was last seen wearing a blue coat, a light-colored blouse and gray pants.
