HAPPY HOUR: Today is the 75th anniversary of the end of the prohibition of beer. Unfortunately the Capitol City Brewing company downtown doesn’t have any specials planned, but if you make your way out to the Rock Bottom Brewery in Arlington, they’ll have $2.50 pints and $.25 wings in honor of the occasion, until 9 p.m.
