Council member Jim Graham saying on camera that Maryland drivers who commute in and out of the District are “the devil incarnate.” Basically, Graham says Maryland drivers in the city are the worst and most aggressive drivers on D.C. roads.

The news clip tries to stir up some controversy over Graham’s remarks, speaking with residents who think the council member goes too far in singling out Maryland drivers. We’re generally the first to call Graham out when he steps over a line, but c’mon. He’s totally right! Maryland drivers are terrifying, and everyone knows it. Don’t you agree?
