WMATA has track work in one form or another planned for each and every Metro line this weekend. Take note of the following schedules and adjust your plans accordingly.
Blue Line
Expect delays of up to 30 minutes between the Franconia-Springfield and Van Dorn Street stations due to track maintenance from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m. tonight, from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and again from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m. on Saturday, and 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Sunday. In addition on Sunday night from 10 p.m. to midnight, 15 minute delays are expected between the Pentagon City and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport stations.
Orange Line
Bridge repairs between the Stadium-Armory and Cheverly stations will add 20 minute delays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday only.
Green Line
Rail car testing between the Greenbelt and College Park stations will add 15 minute delays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday only.
Red Line
Track maintenance between the Friendship Heights and Medical Center stations will create 15 minute delays from 9 p.m. to midnight on Sunday only.
Yellow Line
The same Sunday night Blue line delays, from 10 p.m. to midnight, will also add 15 minutes to trips on the Yellow Line between the Pentagon City and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport stations.
