>> For the second night in a row, Wolf Trap‘s Filene Center will host a legendary act. Earth, Wind & Fire takes the stage to play some of their best known tracks. $30-$42, 8 p.m.

>> Minus the Pips, Gladys Knight will be performing at Wolf Trap‘s Filene Center. $25-$42, 8 p.m.

>> Interplanetary funk pioneer George Clinton will be at the 9:30 Club, reportedly without the Mothership. $40, 8 p.m.

>> Probably the foremost artist on the Swedish indie soul scene, Kissey Asplund (pictured) has caught the ear of major tastemakers in Europe, as well as in the States, with her unique vocal stylings. She’ll be making a stop in D.C. at BloomBars. Free, 9 p.m.

Sunday:
>> In the effort to celebrate the District’s art, music and fashion communities, “Muse” will take place at The Space. While highlighting D.C.’s creative class, the event will also serve as the launch party for Scheme Magazine and The Essence of Style. Free, 7 p.m.
