MOVIE: The Washington Psychotronic Film Society hosts another film at new home The Meeting Place tonight, this time 1971’s The Incredible 2-Headed Transplant, which features the tagline, “This brain wants to love… this brain wants to kill!” Seems pretty self-explanatory. 8 p.m., $2 suggested donation.

CLASSICAL: The Kennedy Center Terrace Theater hosts a recital by two Canadian singers, mezzo-soprano Susan Platts and baritone Brett Polegato. The Vocal Arts Society sponsors the program, which will feature German songs. Tickets: $45. 7:30 p.m.
