- House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) said today that a floor vote on the D.C. House Voting Rights Act won’t happen this week, either.
- Senate Democrats today blocked an attempt by Sen. John Ensign (R-Nev.) to guarantee D.C.’s school voucher program for another year. The program now appears in danger of failing to be reapproved by Congress.
