Naturally, the job market played the biggest role in the rankings this year, with military-industry oriented Huntsville, tech-savvy Albuquerque and the government-licious District getting high marks. Meanwhile, the WellPoint Foundation ranks D.C. number one, for the second year running, it its list of top ten Fittest Cities.
