Vegetable paella with zucchini, squash, onions, mushrooms, green beans, and asparagus

Like we mentioned last week, Jaleo is hosting a paella festival until June 21. We stopped by the Dupont FarmFresh Market to watch the preparation of vegetable paella. It was a family affair, with many a chef’s family members getting in on the action as a large crowd gathered around the large grill pan.
