- Did you know that some guy has been making bomb threats to Metro stations since January? Neither did we, but a federal grand jury has just charged Raymond A. Gray Jr. with five counts of willfully making a threat and/or maliciously conveying false information using fire and explosives.
- Academia Bilingue de la Communidad (ABC) Public Charter School will relinquish its charter effective August 30, 2009, which means that students in grades 6 through 8 at the school must now scramble to find another school to attend with only a few days left before the first day of school.
