Breaking right now from the Washington Times: Former Vice President Dick Cheney is at The George Washington University Hospital this morning to undergo elective surgery on his spine. Cheney visited GWU Hospital something like 643 times over the course of the Bush administration, typically taking his massive motorcade along for the ride, the Secret Service keen on shutting down nearby streets.
