- Are ya ready for the long-awaited return of D.C. Council legislative action on Tuesday? First out the gate will be Chairman Vincent Gray’s emergency ethics bill, D.C. Wire reports, which of course is a response to Ward 8 Council member Marion Barry’s most recent drama. As for nailing down a formal censure process, Gray said “that will likely be forthcoming.”
