MOVIE: We’ve been hearing great things about Teza, a new film by Haile Gerima set in Germany and Ethiopia which examines the displacement of African intellectuals, both at home and abroad, through the story of a young, idealistic Ethiopian doctor. It’s playing tonight at the Avalon Theatre at 8:15 p.m.

FOOD & DRINK: It’s Share our Strength’s Great American Dine Out this week, where proceeds from participating restaurants will go to community programs across the country that provide help to children at risk of hunger. Go to the site and enter in your zip code to find a participating restaurant.
