When snow falls on Washington, transportation grinds to a halt. Streets are clogged with snow, sidewalks are iced over, and even the Metro has to take the afternoon off. Of course, there are alternative ways to get around, and the aptly named Go Outside Today captured this guy doing a ski jump in Rock Creek Park.
