- The woman who was behind the wheel in that double fatal collision in Prince George’s County on Monday night had two prior arrests for DUIs, WTTG/FOX5 reports, and had a blood alcohol content of “more than twice the legal limit” at the time of the crash. Still no charges have been filed against her.
