- Hoo boy. Radio One is bailing out of its agreement with the city to move into the planned Broadcast Center One in Shaw, Jonathan O’Connell reports in the Washington Business Journal. This after Catherine Hughes practically begged the D.C. Council back in 2007 for millions in subsidies and donated land. She’s got some major ‘splainin’ to do.
