  • News coming out of the D.C. General homeless shelter just keeps getting worse. A former counselor at the facility has been indicted for dealing heroin out of his office, the Examiner reports. Tomorrow’s D.C. Council oversight hearing into conditions at the shelter should be a real doozy.
