Woodley Park, Dupont Circle, and Pennsylvania Avenue in NW and SE look especially hard hit. On the bright side, 295 appears cleared up, after construction made for a heinous trek into the city yesterday. Without checking any sources I can assure you that the Metro will be clogged with lost tourist types who stand on the left. District residents know that this weekend is for walking, biking, and taking Metrobus.
