MOVIES: The Washington Psychotronic Film Society is showing Embryo at 8 p.m. at The Warehouse. WPFS is facing some difficult financial times (for more on this see last week’s Popcorn & Candy), so the $2 suggested donation (or more!) is very much appreciated. UPDATE: As has been noted in comments, the Warehouse is actually closed tonight due to the Nuclear Summit. We’ll let you know when and if this event is rescheduled.

JAZZ: The Bad Plus, profiled on DCist yesterday, features a “tight lineup of pianist Ethan Iverson, drummer Dave King, and bassist Reid Anderson” at the Barns of Wolf Trap tonight. 8 p.m., tickets are $25.

Justin Trawick hits Iota tonight, with U.S. Rails and Dan Fisk as the opening acts. On the fence? Read a bygone Three Stars feature to learn more about Trawick’s style. $10. 8 p.m.

THEATER: Catch Fiddler on the Roof over at the National Theatre at 7:30 p.m. Check your bank account first though, as tickets range from $51.50 to $96.50.

KARAOKE: Having a craving for tots and want to sing your heart out? You’re in luck, tonight is Karaoke Night at Sticky Rice (1224 H St NE).
