There’s a lot of talk about streetcars and overhead wires these days, with a few vocal opponents arguing the wires will clutter up the views along H St. I suppose some are afraid of a jumble of wires like the one Nivad captured while on a train at Union Station (not that this will happen with the streetcars). To me, though, even a mess like this is beautiful: Criss-crossing the sky, framing the clouds, adding a touch of industry to what would have been just another cloudy day shot.
