The inestimable Matt Dunn captures José Andrés, who’s not so bad himself, as he passes out paella at the White House farmers’ market. And I know Dunn’s already run these shots up the flagpole, but this picture speaks to what’s so nice about life in the District. Sometimes Chef Andrés gives you paella.
