Lane Closures on Kenilworth Avenue (DC 295)
As part of the ongoing reconstruction of the Eastern Avenue Bridge, a new traffic pattern on is being established on southbound Kenilworth Avenue NE.
On Saturday, May 15, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., drivers should expect a temporary lane closure on the left side of the roadway. Crews will be working to install new pavement markings and barriers.
Northbound traffic will remain unchanged, but traffic delays and back-ups are anticipated in both directions until lanes are reopened Saturday evening.
