>> This many big-name DJs on one night in one venue is a little overwhelming, but “AudioTRIP” is out to pull it off. Scheduled to perform on the three floors of Lux Lounge are DJ Spinna, Daz-I-Kue, Waajeed, Rich Medina, DJ Stylus, Jahsonic, DJ 2-Tone Jones, Roddy Rod, DJ Handspeak and Maze One. Additionally, there will be a live music performance by Ne’a Posey and AB. Free with RSVP (must be 21 and register before 4 p.m. Tuesday for admittance), 8 p.m.

Wednesday:
>> “Eargasmic” is the soon to be released mixtape by vocalist ChinahBlac. She’ll be at Layla Lounge with host W. Ellington Felton for the mixtape’s listening party. $10, 8 p.m.

Friday:
>> L.A.-based emcee MURS has been one of the best on the underground circuit for years now, building a strong following all along the way. His latest collaboration with producer 9th Wonder, Fornever, has him on the road again and making a stop at the Rock and Roll Hotel. Opening up for him will be Sick Jacken, Nocando and Phil Ade. $16, 9 p.m.

>> “Close 2 the Edge” is back with DJ Dredd spinning golden era goodness. Joining him at the Black Cat will be DJ Stylus and host Grap Luva. $7, 10 p.m.

Saturday:
>> The documentary Deep Crates 2 explores the world of beat making and record collecting by talking to some of hip-hop’s most well-regarded producers. The viewing is part of the Hip Hop Cinema Cafe series being held at the Historical Society of Washington. Free, 2 p.m.

>> Houston rapper/singer Devin The Dude is one of the more unique artists in hip-hop. Never short on wit or humor in his verses, he’s on his “420 Suite Tour” with the Coughee Brothaz which will come by the Rock and Roll Hotel. $18, 9:30 p.m.

>> Sure, Stevie’s going to be in town next week, but chances are you don’t have a ticket. So an alternative might be the “James Brown vs Stevie Wonder Soul-Power Party” at The Loft (411 New York Avenue NE). On the decks will be DJs Jahsonic, 2-Tone Jones, i:WAH the BeatPriest, Lance Reynolds, Roddy Rod and Ankhitek. $5, 11 p.m.

Sunday:
>> For the second time this year, the D.C. Record Fair is happening at the Black Cat. Providing the shopping soundtrack will be Fort Knox Five, DJ Dredd, Alec MacKaye, Cobruhhh and John Foster. $2, 12 p.m.
