KARAOKE: Wonderland Ballroom (1101 Kenyon St. NW) is taking karaoke to the next level tonight with their Harikaraoke Band & Gong Show, featuring a live band and the dreaded get-off-the-stage gong. 8:30-10:30 p.m.
FITNESS: The 6th in the City Running Club invites runners in their 20s and 30s to the Sixth and I Historic Synagogue (600 I St. NW) tonight at 6 p.m. for a jog around D.C. RSVP to Allison at aadges[at]sixthandi.org if you’re planning on attending. Those joining for the first time pay $12, but this gets you a headband and T-shirt.
MUSIC: Olivia Mancini gathers local musicians Stripmall Ballads, Laughing Man, Lightfoot, America Hearts, Aaron Thompson, and others to Asylum (2471 18th St. NW) tonight for the Pass The Guitar, Round 1 event. Each band will play two acoustic songs and then will pass the guitar to the next. $5, 9:30 p.m.
MOVIE: Catch Return of the Blind Dead tonight at the Warehouse Theater (1021 7th St. NW) as part of the Washington Psychotronic Film Society’s Tuesday night screamings… i mean screenings. $2 suggested donation. 8 p.m.
FASHION: The Woolly Mammoth Theatre (641 D St. NW) hosts Couture for the Cure, a DKNY fashion show and charity event supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Tickets are $75 to $125. The VIP reception starts at 6:30 p.m. and the fashion show starts at 7 p.m.
