COMEDY: Josh Blue, who won season four of Last Comic Standing, performs at the DC Improv (1140 Connecticut Ave. NW) tonight as a part of the 2010 VSA Festival, which celebrates arts and disability. Blue, who has cerebral palsy, will be joined by comedians Brett Leake, who has muscular dystrophy, and Kathy Buckley, who is deaf. $20, 8:30 p.m.
MOVIE: NoMa Summer Screen outdoor film fest (L St. NE between 2nd and 3rd NE) presents the creepy, confusing, and oddly fascinating Donnie Darko. Free, 7 p.m. UPDATE: This event has been canceled due to weather.

PRIDE: Capital Pride kicks into high gear tomorrow, but tonight is the official 35th Anniversary party at Donovan House (1155 14th St. NW). The reception runs from 6:30 – 11 p.m., and will take up both the roof and the Zentan restaurant. DJ: The long-running iPod Jukebox night at Cafe St. Ex celebrates its fifth anniversary tonight. As usual, attendees are encouraged to bring their MP3 players signup for time slots starting around 8:30 p.m., with music running from 9 to 1:30 a.m. The organizers are also planning a few drink specials and surprises.
