MOVIE: E Street Cinema (555 11th St. NW) is showing the documentary 8: The Mormon Proposition, from filmmaker Reed Cowan who grew up gay in a Mormon household, tonight at 7:30 p.m. The film takes a close and impassioned look at the Mormon church’s support of California’s Proposition 8.
