The trial against the three defendants charged with covering up the murder of Robert Wone begins its final wrap-up today, with closing arguments starting at 10 a.m. this morning in D.C. Superior Court. Since it was not a jury trial, Judge Lynn Leibovitz will deliberate the fate of Joseph Price, Dylan Ward and Victor Zaborsky, none of whom testified on their behalf. They face sentences of up to 35 years for obstruction of justice and conspiracy charges and up to 38 years for tampering with evidence.
