And how is it made?” If so, sign up for the Brickskeller’s “What is Beer?” class, offered tonight, tomorrow, or Wednesday. Rachel Murray, Brickskeller’s Manager/Bartender, will impart her knowledge while you sample at least 12 different brews. 7-9 p.m., $35 (buy online).

MOVIES: While some of D.C.’s outdoor film fests are already halfway finished, it’s the first night for Screen on the Green. Catch Goldfinger on the National Mall (off of Constitution Avenue, between 4th and 7th Streets NW) around 8 p.m. Free.
