After a year off, the Capital Criterium bicycle race made its way back to the streets of the District last weekend. A short, technical course had its start and finish lines on Pennsylvania Avenue between 12th and 13th Streets NW, providing several picturesque views — if you had time to enjoy them as the pros zipped by.
