FOOD & DRINK: Cafe Saint-Ex (1847 14th Street NW) is holding a Labor Day Pig Roast. There will be a barbecue sauce competition, performances by Bluegrass band Dry Mill Road, games, and of course, barbecue. Money raised will be donated to the Fillmore Arts Center. The fun lasts until 5 p.m. $10.
THEATER: Today is the last day of the Page-to-Stage Festival at the Kennedy Center (2700 F Street NW). There are numerous performances to chose from, like the Signature Theatre and Folger Theatre collaboration, The Greenwood Tree, “a contemporary telling of the secret story embedded in the Sonnets,” in the Kennedy Center’s Terrace Theater. 7:30-9 p.m. Free.
MUSIC: Solo artist Marina and the Diamonds brings glam-pop to the 9:30 Club (815 V Street NW), along with Young the Giant. 7 p.m., $15.
TV: Tune Inn (3311/2 Pennsylvania Avenue SE) on Capitol Hill is being featured tonight on the Food Network show “Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives,” and the bar is celebrating with a viewing party. Come watch while you partake in $1 PBRs and PBR-battered eats. 10 p.m.
