So we’ve arrived at the final week of Top Chef polling. What a perfect denouement, what with yesterday’s primaries and all — though there’s far less dancing going on in this race. Last week, we said goodbye to Kelly, the last female cheftestant who had hovered near the top of our polls for some time, but came in third last week with 21 percent of the votes.

As the judges come down to the crucial final decision, we went and checked out the trajectories of the finalists in our polls. The current favorite, Ed, has been on a slow rise, but it was only last week that he arrived on top, with 44 percent of the vote. Angelo, meanwhile, has maintained a slow simmer that has always kept him at the top of the pack. Meanwhile, Kevin has always remained somewhere near the bottom of the heap; we’re guessing few respondents thought he had the eye of the tiger required to take home the prize.

So poll respondents, let’s see if you have guessed the correct Top Chef this week. After all the turmoil this season, we know that this poll is the only one that actually counts. Vote after the jump.
