SPORTS: The WTT Smash Hits charity night hosts Sir Elton John and Billie Jean King as captains of teams of tennis stars including Andre Agassi, Stefanie Graf, Anna Kournikova, Martina Navratilova, James Blake and others at American University’s Bender Arena (4400 Massachusetts Avenue NW) tonight.
