Some of us have bemoaned the influx of cookie-cutter chain stores to Chinatown/Penn Quarter, now earning the moniker “Made in China-town.” Nonetheless, our drab grey sidewalks could use a little color, a little pre-fab pizazz, a little mass-produced personality. Natalia Ersina caught this shot outside of H&M after the release of their new clothing line. Eye-drops can be found two blocks away at CVS, for those of you with sore eyes.
