Nothing says shop ’til you drop from massive credit card debt like a cheerful clown. For those you brave enough to venture out on the streets to take advantage of the Black Friday debacle, you may have witnessed a a gamut of ploys to lure consumers in to shop, including this creepy mascot in front of Nash Sporting Goods in Columbia Heights. On the other hand, clowns aren’t completely foreign to the neighborhood.
