FOOD & DRINK: Rustico is celebrating Festivus at both its Alexandria (827 Slaters Lane, Alexandria) and Ballston (4075 Wilson Blvd., Arlington) locations. With each beer you buy (priced at $6 to $9), you’ll receive a free glass from that beer’s brewery (while supplies last). Some of the holiday beers available will include Tröegs Mad Elf, Delirium Noël, Schlafly Christmas Ale and Einbecker Winter-Bock. 6-9 p.m. No reservations or cover required.

MUSIC: The “It Came Upon a Midnight Beer: Rock & Roll Christmas Show” at Jammin’ Java (227 Maple Avenue E., Vienna) features Jesse Malin & The St. Marks Social, Marah and Richard Bacchus and will raise money for Toys for Tots. 8:30 p.m. $15.

>> The Rock and Roll Hotel (1353 H Street NE) showcases the work of director Francisco Campos-Lopez at their “Frankie’s Factory: DC Music Video Premieres!” event. There will be both video and live performances by Modern Thieves, Practically Einstein, Flo Anito and Alexis George. 8:30 p.m. $10.

CULTURE: Experience Mongolian food, dance, throat singing, horse head fiddle, poetry reading and more during Mongolian Cultural Night at AED Globe Theater (1927 Florida Avenue NW). 6 p.m. $10.

HAPPY HOUR: Support Project Create, an organization that provides art experiences for at risk D.C. kids, through a happy hour at Vinoteca (1940 11th Street NW). Wines are $5 a glass and appetizers are discounted. A $10 donation to Project Create extends the happy hour deals until 9 p.m. 5-9 p.m.
