Hail to those who brave the cold in order to provide a bit of levity in these lonely, gray winter months! The District’s fourth-annual No Pants Metro Ride spread from L’Enfant Plaza throughout the Metro-world yesterday afternoon — and our Flickr contributors weren’t going to miss out. Sure, it’s not an exclusively Washingtonian tradition and plenty of people think its kinda gross. But how often do we get to see a bunch of people in their undies roaming around this sometimes-too-buttoned-up town?
