MOVIES: Tonight and tomorrow, the DC Shorts Film Festival presents “Best of the Fest,” a look back at the best films from the seven years of the festival, at the Atlas Performing Arts Center (1333 H Street NE). Tonight’s line-up includes wine receptions for fillmmakers and attendees at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., Festival Directors’ Favorites at 7 p.m., Celebrating Diversity at 7:30 p.m., part 1 of the Best Of DC Shorts 2010 (including the Oscar-nominated film God of Love) at 9:30 p.m., and part 2 of the Best Of DC Shorts 2010 at 10 p.m. Each program of films is $12, or see all the films over both days for $50.
