Lots of Irish works, a theater festival, and plenty of Edward Albee all find their way to the stage this month in D.C. theater. Here are the highlights.

>> Hey! Dreamer! Don’t be so upset…you can always catch Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in Olney (February 23).

>> Playwright David Lindsay-Abaire’s dark comedy Fuddy Meers will be staged by 1st Stage (February 4).
