According to the festival’s website, Fort Reno organizers will be considering musical submissions between February 14 and March 12 — a four-week frame in which the organizers will be looking for acts who “Introduce [their] music in a way that is creatively comfortable…and expresses who you are and why you want to play the big red stage.”
“Revel in the moment that you/your band can be more than a neat & tidy folder with papers in it,” the website adds.
You can find all the details on what to submit (physical demos), what not to submit (press clippings), who should apply (local bands, kids) and who shouldn’t (cover bands) at the Fort Reno website. You can also make a donation to the festival to ensure it runs smoothly.
