FASHION: Paisean Faisean!, a fashion show presented by Solas Nua, will feature the work of 10 Irish designers at Fathom Creative (1333 14th Street NW) tonight. After the show, sip champagne, chat with the designers and maybe even purchase a piece to take home. 7 p.m. $35.

READING: The PEN/Faulkner Pizza Gala at Comet Ping Pong (5037 Connecticut Avenue NW) will feature readings from four D.C. writers: Emily Yoffe (author of What the Dog Did and Slate‘s “Dear Prudence” and “Human Guinea Pig”), Danielle Evans (Before you Suffocate your Own Fool Self), Andrew Wingfield (Right of Way) and Stephen Goodwin (Breaking her Fall). The cost of your ticket also includes pizza and drinks (beer or wine). 7 p.m. $25 (cash at the door).

TUESDAY: If you didn’t get your fill of Oscar-winning actors last night, head to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (100 Raoul Wallenberg Place SW) to hear Sir Ben Kingsley (who won Best Actor for Gandhi in 1982) discuss The Power of Film and the Holocaust.
