FUNDRAISER:Stand With Japan” tonight with the organizers of the National Cherry Blossom Festival, who will lead a walk from the Sylvan Theater (15th Street and Independence Avenue SW) around the Tidal Basin, calling attention to the earthquake victims in Japan and raising money for relief. 6:30 p.m. Free.
