Council Chair Kwame Brown tells the Washington Business Journal about his arrest; Brown apparently knew one of the arresting officers: “I knew one of the guys and his family and he had a smile on his face the whole time because he really understood what we were doing and appreciated it even though he still had to lock everyone up.”
