This year, Tax Day deals stretch across two dates — the usual April 15 deadline, and the current year’s deadline of April 18. 2011’s promotions aren’t as widespread as last year’s offerings, but there are a few options for you to get some relief from the taxman’s iron grip on your wallet.

Friday, April 15
>> For their product launch, LivingSocial Instant is offering lunch deals for $1 across town. (Living Social’s site appeared to be really struggling this morning, though, so you might want to have a backup plan in case you can’t land the dollar deal.)
>> Arby’s – Free curly fries with coupon

Monday, April 18
>> 701, Oval Room and Bibiana Osteria-Enoteca – $20.11 three-course lunch
>> California Tortilla – free chips and queso

As usual, The Bargainist has a nice rundown of all sorts of deals and freebies from national chains, like free Cinnabon bites and the issuance of a $10.40 “Tax Relief Certificate” at McCormick & Schmick’s.

Let us know about any other sweet offers you’ve heard about in the comments.
