THURSDAY: Terry Gross, who hosts NPR’s Fresh Air, sits down with Diane Rehm and Michel Martin for “This is NPR…An Evening with Terry Gross” at The Lincoln Theatre (1215 U Street NW). Gross will tell stories and reflect on the 8,000 interviews she’s conducted during her career. 7:30 p.m. $40.
FRIDAY: The Room has gained a cult following for being one of the most awesomely terrible movies ever made. Experience it like never before at a live reading and performance of The Room with it’s director and star Tommy Wiseau and actor Greg Sestero at AFI Silver Theatre (8633 Colesville Road, Silver Spring).
